What they do very well is bring players in cheaply. Then loan them out and let them develop. If they do, they're integrated into the first team. If not, they're sold often at a profit. The cash gets recycled into buying cheap players with potential and it starts all over again. It's a good sustainable way to develop the squad. They have plenty more misses than hits, but no ones aware of them. It's the Mitoma's and caicedo's that get all the headlines.

No amount of AI can blend individuals into a team or do what Ferguson did when he binned his experienced players and went with the youth team. Previous Message
every couple of years a team with a similar or even lower budget than ours is hailed as having cracked recruitment...Leicester and Southampton, recent examples now both relegated.
currently Brenford and Brighton....lets see where they are in 5 years. Maybe those clubs have cracked it, or maybe they took some risks that paid off. Previous Message
Given the decades of drift at the top, but within a year or so I hope we have the systems in place. Previous Message

Never heard of them, but their scouting and recruitment has been very good recently.
V concerning that we still don't have a proper setup in place.
They've done studies, you know. 60% of the time, it works every time.
