every couple of years a team with a similar or even lower budget than ours is hailed as having cracked recruitment...Leicester and Southampton, recent examples now both relegated.
currently Brenford and Brighton....lets see where they are in 5 years. Maybe those clubs have cracked it, or maybe they took some risks that paid off.


Very true. Some of the teams who won Cups since our last Trophy - Portsmouth, Wigan, Leicester, Birmingham, Swansea, Blackburn, Middlesbrough - are all now in lower divisions, and Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and Newcastle have all spent time otside the Prem.

In fact, is there any team outside the SKY 6 who has won a domestic trophy and remained continuously in the Prem sice 1995 other than us?
