Things off the top of my head that could give you that:
- Identify correctly players who just have been in poor form (e.g. Ndiaye was correctly identified),
- Identify players who have been played in wrong role or position,
- And identify correctly which players can and cannot take a step up from a lesser league. Risk and uncertainity in this case is bigger the bigger the quality gap but on the other hand reward could also be big because prices for these players would be much lower. Like, signing players from Portugal's top league tends to be expensive, but could there be someone in the second tier that could take the step up?
