People have been saying he’s finished every year for about 7 or 8 years now and he’s, generally speaking, still doing the business. Wasn’t he one of Leicester’s best players this season? Not that that’s necessarily saying much, granted.

If bringing Jamie Vardy in (low / no fee, 1 year contract) - as well as retaining DCL and Beto - allowed us to use our funds to make three significant 1st team signings at RB , CM and RW, would you go for that?
