I ballooned up to 130 kg over the Christmas period. Started an old diet plan that had worked for me before, and lost 11kg.
I have yoyo’d back to 123kg, but getting back on plan starting today.
My near term goal is 115kg by the end of July, when I’ll be coming to Liverpool for my nephew’s wedding.
I’ll run a check in sheet like Matt did for the chunky chaps challenge if anyone else is interested.
It would be interesting if anyone using semaglutide wants to join, acting like the hare 🐰for us hounds. Previous Message
So for the last month I've been following a new far healthier diet made up of grilled chicken breast, tuna, rump steak (Friday treat!!) wholewheat pasta, baked potatoes and pesto to flavour the pasta. I have also cut the amount of crisps, chocolate and coke I drink by 50%. to 50g, 120g and 1 litre respectively.
I've also been following a strict exercise regime comprising daily of approx 3km walking for 45 mins and burning in excess of 200 calories and really pleased that I haven't missed a walk once in the last month.
My stats for last week, which were comparable to the previous three, were,
Exercise Duration 6h 16 mins
Calories Burnt 1,920
Distance Covered 23.01 km
Average Daily Steps 6,059
Average Daily Calorie intake 1,766
I currently weigh 117.8kg and I'm aiming to get that down to 100kg by the. end of the course in mid December meaning I am classed as only fat not obese reducing my risks of strokes and heart issues.
What happened to the Atlantic Chuncky Chaps or whatever it was called?
