I have no doubt that he "loves the club" and is extremely grateful for everything it has given him and his family, but this is possibly the last meaningful contract he will sign, and if the rumoured interest from the Far East is genuine (and why wouldn't it be, given how he's been playing) then I suspect that would given him some far more lucrative options that anything EFC can offer him... I very much hope you're right though - I thought he was our player of the season and had one of his best seasons in an Everton shirt - the club should be (and I think will be) doing everything they can to keep him.

I'm completely indifferent about whether Keane stays or goes, and was exactly the same about DCL for most of last season, however some of his lacklustre performances in the short amount of playing time he got now has me erring towards us not keeping him, but again - we can't just get rid of everyone, and I'll leave the decision to those who know best and support whoever ends up staying regardless.
