No idea, but the delay in a Judgement on the City case followed by more delays in deciding the punishment and then any appeals is actually bad news for UTD.
City are the only outstanding case now Leicester have been relegated, so rules can't really be changed until that's all boxed off.
I'm fairly confident UTD are fucked under the current rules.
