I think I’ve grown to learn it’s not worth wasting the energy caring about any club’s fortunes other than Everton. We can’t control it so it doesn’t really matter.

And therefore for the good of football it is good to see other teams win trophies. Spurs Palace and Newcastle’s fortunes won’t dramatically change after these cup wins - cup wins rarely spark a period of success these days.
