You have Spurs and United in disarray, both have a manager seemingly out of their depth and both clubs have owners more interested in looking after pennies than winning trophies.
Some of the clubs that have done well this year will have talent taken from them, again Bournemouth might feel that more than most, Wolves will likely go round their circle of finding decent players, losing them, struggling then bouncing back.
You'll also have clubs, especially Villa who have PSR issues and will need to sell/disrupt their squads.
The Premier League has become very average, a couple at the top end and three/four at the bottom end, the other 14 are largely the same and a good season will depend on a good run of form.
Who will finish 7th to 17th is anyone's guess but I see it as a massive opportunity for us to take advantage rather than looking at who can finish below us but we need some good business on the transfer front (and a bit of luck) and we need a season where key players stay and remain fit, especially our Centre Backs and whoever we bring in to be our key striker.

Now this one is nearly over had a quick browse at the the table and normally there are a couple of teams who you think will struggle.
I think we need to improve greatly rather than the steady increase that seemed the consensus.
Below probably only wolves look like they pull be down there again minus cunha
Spurs and Utd will spend enough to. Limb the table , westham not sure about .
I am struggling to see who pit of the teams above us slip down the league.
With the 3 promoted teams being do poor over the last few seasons its enabled the Brentfords,Fulham and Bournemouths to build and consolidate.
Of the three coming up I suspect Leeds will splash the cash in an attempt to stay up but the other two probably joint faves to go down...here's to a good summer.
