They have been talking about the option of rotating the pitch and using the Park End as the new main stand. I don’t know how that will work out, but they are looking to see what they can do with it.

As for Goodison, you're right.
In a few years time it will look absolutely nothing like it does today, I'll be amazed if any of it survives, MAYBE the Park End.
The rest will go, I'm guessing the main stand first.
