Increase his current wages
Give him at least a 3 year contract by which time he'll be at least 33 and have no sell on
He cost West Ham £20m
So lets say we paid £20m for him
£100k/week for 3 years
That's a £35m cost before we release him in 2028
Its not the way Everton can afford to do business

If we can get in sufficient numbers and stay within PSR he needs to be shipped out. If however we are short of our targets for whatever reason he would be useful back up if on much reduced wages.
