De Bruyne - He'd instantly be our best player and boost our profile and pulling power. His signing combined with BMD could well see us compete with teams that can offer european footbal for signings. Wouldn't be cheap but i doubt he'd get anywhere near what hes currently on at City anywhere, apart from Saudi. Is he a Moyes 10? no, but i'd love to think he is willing to play someone like Kevin in that role.
