When asked about this a few months ago (and particularly that wall in the South Stand) the club replied that there were no specific plans for that wall at that time, and in general, that they wouldn't be looking to decorate the concourses etc. with hige murals or anything for the first season, so that the signage remains very clear while everyone gets used to the stadium and gets their bearings etc. about where everything is.

Similar to a new home I suppose, you get yourself in the door with the basics, then decorate once you're in and settled.
