I would hazard a guess that Moyes sees Doucoure as a more reliable option in the middle than Alcaraz, for the moment anyway. I think he likes Harrison's work rate as well. Who knows, maybe he wants to use these last few games to give everyone a final chance before making a decision one way or the other. Feel that Doucs is likely to get an offer, most of the others are either in the balance or already halfway out of the door. I'm sure we want to avoid a mass player turnover in the summer, whilst balancing that against keeping players who are likely to be no more than squad fillers.
