McNeil - Ndiaye - NEW RM
Behind Calvert-Lewin (who I still firmly believe is our best forward by a country mile).
Pickford
O’Brien - Tarkowski - Branthwaite - NEW LB
Gueye - Garner
NEW RM - Ndiaye - McNeil
Calvert-Lewin
We’d need to add cover at RB, CB, CM, L/RM. But I think that team, well drilled by Moyes, would be more than capable of pushing for top eight. If we can loan well in four positions, that would mean only needing to spend on three, which should be within reason.

Honestly think in a functioning team, Mykolenko is more than good enough for the next couple of years.
I quite like Garner, but to push on there needs to be another starter (if Garner progresses the new lad can replace Gueye eventually).
This is all dependent on Branthwaite staying. If he goes, we can push the boat out!
Think Tarkowski needs replacing at some point, but given Moyes comments on evolution, I think he'll keep him in next season.
O'Brien is outperforming most right-backs in the league, if it ain't broke etc
I know half of you hate Doucoure, but Moyes plays him constantly, and even when he hasn't played, he's praised him in that week's press conferences, so I'm certain he's staying (NB. I'd LOVE Alcaraz to start in his place, very much enjoy how he plays football).
Hope Moyes uses four loans and fills squad out with them.
With three quality starters in (and the squad fleshed out) we're easy top half.
