Agreed. It seems DCL has sacked off his agent and is back with George Downing’s son; I’m wondering if he feels he was badly advised and would like to stay? If so, I’d like us to be able to keep him and bring in another striker.
That might be harsh on Beto, but I don’t think he’s going to score a lot of goals for us, so maybe selling him while his stock is decent will be an option.
Chermiti needs a season-long loan somewhere. Previous Message
and DCL on maybe an average basic wage with good bonuses.
Coleman should be welcomed as a coach.
We need to continue bringing our wages down - the BBC reported our wage/turnover ratio only dropped from 89% to 81% in 23/24 - getting rid of Keane (contract extension in 2020), and cutting down on Doucoure's wages (signed in 2020) will help with that.
I also read something about the AFCON Previous Message
Doucoure, Joao Virginia, Asmir Begovic, Seamus Coleman, Ashley Young, Mason Holgate, Idrissa Gueye and Dominic Calvert-Lewin is the list I believe.
For me
Keep
Doucoure
Gueye
and Young as he can cover 5 positions (yikes)
the rest can go.
Over to the floor?
