I was reading that apparently his wife and kids are quite anxious about the possibility of leaving Manchester. His preference would be to stay in the north west. He’s even considering retiring rather than moving his family away from Manchester.

Of the 3 teams he could move to based on that, Liverpool won’t sign him. I’m sure United would like to have him, but I can’t see him going there. Which leaves us.

I think he’s looked poor for most of this season. But he looked back to his best against Palace at the weekend, probably his best performance since his cameo away at Newcastle. And in his post match he said this is the first time in a long time he’s played without pain. Be interesting to see how he performs for the rest of the season

Would you sign KDB in the summer? Does smack a bit of Ginola, Gaza and Wazza. But those players were pretty much finished when signed them, there might just be a bit more mileage in KDB. He could potentially be our new Kancho, even if it’s just for a season or two.

But I guess all this is moot if Moyes prefers say Soucek or Doucoure
