if we want to grow initiatives like this are good. the club will respond. they wil buy more land- the entirety down to Costco will be rejuvenated.
I've been to a few things down there at the invisible wind factory and the black stock and being honest they were ace the only issue was nowhere tog before and getting cabs from there.

but having spent the thick end of 800 million on the stadium, I don't think TFG will be keen on assorted entertainment venues lowering stadium prices by their presence.

I saw the adverts for that Howard Kendall place at the weekend and (just from the drawings/available space on that video) it looks pretty compact compared to some of the other places like Ten Streets Social and Murphys Distillery so I can't see there being a lot of spaces up for grabs.
