Stadium, old factories, run down car parks, other docksites etc.
With the regeneration of that area we could absolutely benefit from having plenty of offsite hospitality options.
Imagine an “Everton Quarter” in about 5-10 years with lots of investment, hopefully the stories of TFG looking at options like this are true and there’s a vision there to take over the whole area!
