Rich will control politicians, elections, military, police and judicial system. No need to kill the rabble, they can just live in their castles safely. We have already seen that enough people are happy with others dictating their lives as long as they are given some innocent minority to hate so there won't be any large scale revolts. Any that occur are quickly put down and participants are labelled radical leftists, transgender or what ever happens to suit the agenda.
