is United are hoping for public money to build a new stadium and regenerate an area in exactly the area that their current ground is anyway
How will a new ground regenerate an already busy area
Compared to us trying to regenerate a disused run down area of the city

But it might also depend on the useage, I dunno, i bet it costs millions to build a terminal
Long game though once other buildings go up along the docks, including Nelson....etc
