until a presidential candidate is selected and campaigning begins. Until then it's just a collection of members of Congress and governors with no clear strategy, direction or unifying message. And any attempt to build a Democratic narrative is going to be undermined by the likes of Fox News.

I agree though, the next offer they make to the electorate needs to be more than just putting up a candidate who is less rancid than Trump. A much more radical direction is required to capture peoples' imagination. Of course the deck is stacked against those that threaten the profits of the filthy rich.
