We have seats in the Top Balcony and were in the Lower East Block 017 yesterday. Though there looked like more room between the rows but when I sat down I would say it was exactly the same legroom.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned it but I was disappointed with the lack of leg room. Being 6'2" I was hoping for a bit more space than I currently have in the Top Balcony. No such luck ☹️
