Arabic guests come in for Liverpool vs United, Madrid vs Barcelona, many follow players, not clubs. When I say I support Everton, I get blank faces. We're only known in the context of playing against Liverpool.

What the big beef is between us and Newcastle?
I seem to remember it starting in the 90s. They got delusions of grandeur after a couple of half decent seasons and we saw them as happy flappy, replica clad new SKY fans whereas we were the exact opposite.
I actually like geordies as people but stick them near a football stadium and they change into blerts.
