He seems to have very selective memory in that interview though - conveniently forgets things he did when asked about them that could reflect badly on him but has a laser sharp memory of the things people did to him.
He does come across as slightly unhinged though. Got the impression that he's struggling with the inability to have the same success that he had as a player in his post-playing/coaching career

...it must be me!
It seemed like someone just very confident in his own ability and a tad bitter about some stuff that happened during his career, rightly or wrongly.
Admittedly I've not watched the programme before, ever, so maybe guests are normally very different. Previous Message
I'll start by saying I havent seen every episode of the Overlap, but recently I've been training for a marathon and sometimes put an episode or two on whilst on the treadmill and have seen various guests appear.
This weeks was Sol Campbell and the awkwardness of the interview was tough to watch. It felt like it took 30 minutes for him to acknowledge Rooney was sat next to him, then he admitted he didnt talk to him due to a penalty Rooney won against him 20+ years ago.
Unsure if anyone else has seen it, but its the first time I've been unable to finish an episode
