With some young players, it's very obvious that there's a very gifted player in there with the world at their feet. Not once did I ever think that of Kean when he was at Everton. I couldn't see what the fuss was about at all.
Maybe he's got his head down and worked on his game since Everton. Well done to him if he has.

Moving to a new country, new language and the fastest league in the world can’t have been easy. Loads of more experienced players struggle in the same way that he did with us.
For players in this situation, coming into a top team, surrounded by top players is much easier than joining us, but hopefully we’ll be able to offer a better, more stable environment in the next few seasons, where young players can thrive. And hopefully our fans will have more patience with young players.
