Regarding availability, they have currently sold out (36,000 stones apparently!)
They have said that it was sold out before, but then opened up more sections "due to popular demand" so they might do that at some point, but based on the fact that the work is now well underway, and looking at the size and shape of what's currently there, I'm not sure they will do as it would probably look out of kilter if they did.
