Good advice. It isn’t necessarily eveneither/or as Hammond is a deal maker who supports Kinnear at Leeds executing transfers (not scouting) where as Newman, Doherty and Penrice are all scouts with Newman having been Moyes’ Director of Football/ChiefScout at West Ham and Doherty worked for us in academy recruiting under Moyes and is now UK/European scout for Atalanta who have terrific recruitment success. Penrice was with us under Martinez. I suspect they could all be accommodated in our new-fangled structure if we so choose. Or not. Not a drama, just the normal process when you have new leadership.
