Yeah I agree. Although it would obviously provide a lot more space (and the ability to have things a lot closer to the South Stand - or even extend it, which I'm sure there will already be lots of noise about!) but I'd be disappointed to lose that amazing reflection of the South Stand...

When you take a step back and look at the big picture there are just SO many opportunities to buy land and property around the stadium and create something pretty amazing over the next 5/10/20 years - it will be exciting to see, and I just hope that Everton can take full advantage of the opportunity, as others certainly will otherwise.
