...subtitled "Everton's Downfall under Farhad Moshiri" has been a long time coming but my copy finally arrived yesterday, and even after a quick skim I've already noticed some snippets that a few of us on here will recognise (especially the lurking Arkwright!) and will ensure that I read every word!
