..for him. I felt the same when I visited in the Upper stands previously, last night we were in Row 16 in the Lower and you feel right on to of it due to the steepness.
I'm not overly sold on the Safe Standing at all to be honest - for me it made it quite cramped for people to get past you and (although it's unlikely to be the same for competitive matches) last night everyone sat down throughout anyway, so it was essentially just like a hand rail in front of you to lean on. We haven't chosen our STs yet, but we will be trying to get Upper anywhere in the South end of the stadium, even if we're right at the back or in the corners (or both - which is probably likely due to availability).
