The email that arrived came to MY email address and the money for all 3 came out of MY account, however it was ADDRESSED to Jamie, and I can't actually see any tickets in my ticketing account! (I'm yet to check with Jamie and Ethan if it shows in their accounts)
Having spoken to other successful applicants, their emails/salutations/ticketing accounts are similarly erratic - varied names on the salutation and some CAN see them in their accounts, whereas others can't.
By the sounds of what you've said, you have more than one season ticket against a single Customer Number? I didn't think that was possible - I thought there was a separate Customer Number per ST?
when I applied for the 3 of us, I entered our 3 separate customer numbers and as you can see, there are 3 separate seats assigned for the test event.
If you only entered one Customer Number when you applied, and it only shows one line in that section on your email then I'd suggest you've only got one seat?

There’s 2 of us. My email says I’ve been successful ‘with my ticket’.
So I’m not sure if my ‘customer number’ allows me 2 tickets. As I have 2 season tickets.
