But in terms of physical cash, TFG could inject some if we needed it for transfers.
Selling Branthwaite out of desperation will mean you will be doing so far below his market value and then signifying to the rest of the league that you are desperate for a forward and will overpay. There’s no value there and even if we survive this season, we’ve just fucked ourselves for long term.
Honestly, I would just do the transfers we need, within reason, and ignore PSR. That can be a problem for next season. Previous Message
Obviously nobody actually wants to sell him.
So tell me how you raise funds (in the context of PSR) to buy players.
How are YOU going to do that?

Watching him tonight something isn’t right.
He doesn’t look arsed. His raising his arms looking to blame his teammates.
Yet it was him giving the ball away that led to their goal. (Yes, Villa still had a lot to do).
He looks bereft of confidence and belief.
Come the summer, cash in and rebuild.
We can splash some of the money this window and sell him by 30 June to stay within PSR.
Apart Pickford he’s the only truly valuable asset.
Controversial view I know but I don’t know how else we can free funds to strengthen the team.
