and Brighton have a setup that's been improved over a number of years. Weir has been there since 2019 and will have learned what a good setup looks like.
i suspect our setup has been stripped back since sanctions hit Usmanov, and if it's true we're bringing Weir in, i hope he'll help rebuild the football side of things with an approach that's able to emulate Brighton's even without their database.
