Under Moyes we had 4 seasons of European football out of 11
Since then it’s been 2 in 12.
And he’s only 6 points below West Ham and Man United.
My worry was under dyche everyone thought 17th would be considered a good season.
Under Moyes I hope we have an attitude of being a midtable side in a bad run of form, and a few early wins we’ll be fine. Previous Message
Took over when they were 17th, kept them up.
Next season finished 6th.
Season after finished 7th and made the Europe League semi final.
Season after that finished 14th but won Europa Conference.
Season after finished 9th (replaced in the summer).
Win % of 44.6% during that period.
If it wasn’t Moyes who’d achieved that, would any of our fans really be complaining about us getting him?
Who else would anyone propose that has a better record than taking over a 17th placed team and having three top ten finishes and a European competition win inside four years?
Does anyone honestly believe this isn’t a better man for the job than Dyche was?
