Fully understandable as to why he went to Utd, but he was on a hiding to nothing, following Ferguson and just as that team was sliding from its peak.

One season under Martinez, aside, we’ve never come close to the team Moyes left us with.

It’s a shame he left when he did, when we finally had the funds to compete higher up the table. Hopefully we’ll be in a better FFP position, this summer, and we can get a glimpse at what might have been - assuming he keeps us up, first, of course.
