The Gaza strip is next to two countries and neither Israel or Egypt permits free travel from it through their heavily fortified borders. In addition, it is still considered "occupied" by Israel under international law and 70 per cent of the population are already refugees - many of them stateless.
Its people are trapped.
The most delicious of moral treats.
