old habits die hard but I have found my mental health tends to tick upwards as my social media consumption goes in the other direction, and vice versa.
As for radio phone-ins, I used to listen to LBC quite a lot but no more - the ignorance of some of the callers is beyond belief and goes some way to explaining how this country has got itself into such a mess. And the presenters are mostly twats.
