Seems to be something of a blue exodus from X to Bluesky at the moment...

...seems to be quite a community building up on the latter. I'd had a dormant account on bsky for a while, was waiting to see if it picked up. Since the US election, I noticed lots of activity, new followers, posts, it's suddenly become lively, dare I say, viable even as an alternative. It seems a while bunch of people have taken the US election as the point at which it all has become too much. Everton aside, lots of people who I followed on X, journos etc, are at least now also posting on bsky. I'll very happily ditch X in the near future, it's just become a cesspit in many ways, with the owner the biggest troll of all!
