I think lots of us liked what he was trying to do.
Richarlison spoke really highly of him from their time together pre Everton.
But he just seemed too down, hang dog, and lost at times.
I’m pleased it’s turned out better for him.
His style is very much preferable to the Allardyche one (that nonetheless may yet save us from relegation).

I think though that there is a case that out of all the managers we've sacked over the past 10 years, he's the only one who we maybe should have stuck with. Got through one tough spell but the second one did for him, the image of him standing hunched on the touchline with his hand on his chin sticks in my mind. If he'd come across as being more confident he could turn it round again then I think we might have kept faith with him.
I think Moshiri basically blamed the fans for his sacking which was a bit rich.
I never wanted rid of him.
