B is just too much for Russian army at the moment. There are about 40 million Ukrainians and Russian army just has lost too many men to control the entire country. And they know it. Putin can declare victory by getting Donbass and Lukhansk and Crimea officially. He can then start rebuilding his army for the next time. And they won't make the same mistakes again and their stockpiles will actually contain only weapons that work and are relatively modern. Previous Message

As Trump cozies up to Russia and distances old allies. Ukraine is stuffed. If he follows through on tariffs he will risk creating a new global recession. He might throw Taiwan to the Chinese wolf to offset their hostility to tariffs.
I am glad I do not live in USA (unlike my brother, brother-in-law and assorted cousins) but those who fund Trump will now see the opportunity to pour money behind Badenoch, Farage and their counterparts across Europe. Much like Covid national borders will be no defence.
