They have something we don't have - pace
They've recruited well based largely on their manager's knowledge of the portuguese market
We are arguably, the worst footballing side in the league. And that is down to how we set up.
Not much arguing about it.
I was firmly in the "see out the season and part ways" camp but it's just miserable.
I know ten games doesn't paint the whole picture, but I'd argue our squad is better than Notts F. They already have a recognisable style of play and are efficient with the their chances. There's NOT a CHANCE Chris Wood is a better player than Dom, but they know what kind of chance he thrives on.
Dyche is too stubborn to change things, even when it goes against his tired old stories of match fitness and getting up to speed etc. I have no idea what 'Stoney' and 'Woany' bring to the table, but it's clearly not challenging the managers game plan.
The takeover can't get ratified quickly enough. If we lose v West Ham next weekend will the Friedkins be confident enough of approval to put the call in to Moshiri to pull the trigger on their behalf? I doubt it.
Our plan appears to be crossed fingers.
