I honestly can't say if he has done a good job or not. I do lean towards yes because of the very hard situation he has been in.
My main gripe is perhaps that he hasn't really managed to find that much value in players. Other clubs manage to occasionally sign players costing sub-10 million who turn into decent or even better players. This hasn't really happened.
He has been very good juggling with loans and his signings have been mostly decent but most of the income club has made has been from players he did not sign.
So I wouldn't be too bothered if he is changed but also not if he is kept.
