given the BRITISH Broadcastings reputation for not so balanced reporting in Scotland they are miffed that they still cant prosecute him on the mere technicality that he is dead.

on new allegations of sexual assault against Alex Salmond :
"It would not be possible to bring a prosecution in respect of Salmond himself as he is dead."
Thanks for clarifying. I was expecting his body to be exhumed and brought before the courts.
