Very few farms will be affected, and much more likely to be larger ones that can afford it with payment spread over 10 years. Shouldn't impact many smaller family farms.
Noise in media is from the wealthy who were using it as an IHT loophole.

apparently no one understands that its unfair to make farmers pay inheritance tax
