I should keep off twitter because it is causing a lot of anxiety with all the depravity. The BBC is such a disappointment too. These are the days when you miss John Pilger and the like and why is Robbie Gibb still at the helm.

Israel ramping up against Hezbollah with the pagers, and phones, and now launching air strikes in south Lebanon.
I have a feeling Russia Ukraine will come to an end a lot sooner than what is going on in the east. Feels like its only just begun.
