When he arrived he looked like he could be a monster but has mutated into a lumbering, ungainly impersonation of a striker who looks out of sorts, out of balance and out of confidence.
It looks like there's a player in there and I am sure there's a team or a system that could get much more out of him but current Everton isn't it. Future Everton? - I don't know.
He's one of a multitude of Everton players recently that I've really wished for them to excel but they never seem to kick-on. He needs to bully defenders but right now they're bullying him.

P.S. Had Lindstrom squared the ball to Beto when through on goal instead of shooting tamely at the keepers legs we might be having a different conversation.
If he starts scoring we may see a different side of him. Fingers crossed.
