both sporting and academic. it's quite pathetic, really. and it's sad that the whole thing is repeating again with trans, with dsd, and even with basic attitudes to e.g. women's football.

I mean, if darts fans (who basically came out of the working class pub crowd and mostly just drink and sing at the matches) can welcome women into the fold then nobody in any other sport has an excuse.
