Unless any incoming new owners have different plans, I don't think he will be going anywhere any time soon, and I'm absolutely fine with that personally.
I genuinely think he and his team have worked absolute miracles, with an already paper-thin squad that has - aside from the usual "football based problems" like injuries to key players like DCL and Doucoure - also had to face the unprecedented challenges of 2 separate point deductions, the uncertainty/limbo of the appeal process, all while there is an absolute void at the top of the club due to starting the season with an interim board, then the owner selling the club in September and the chairman passing away (with STILL no replacement) in October and on top of that, the tragic death of a young Evertonian working on Bramley Moore and rumours nearly every single week that the club is on the verge of administration.
I wasn't delighted when we got Dyche in, we've had some awful performances, and runs of results and he's clearly far from perfect (particularly with team set-ups and game-changing substitutions for me anyway) but I honestly don't think people (even Evertonians) realise
just how much they've had to cope with this season (and last, actually). I think it is literally impossible to fairly judge someone who has had all of that to cope with - it has just been an absolute basket case of a season at a basket case of a football club (and yes the Green Day pun is definitely intended!)
Sadly, I fear our financial situation on the playing side is unlikely to change - even with new owners (whoever they may be!) - and (with zero FAB insight) there may also be further PSR breaches, so I think we'll need at least another season of trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear, and he's already proved that he can (just about!) do that with this squad - even under the most trying of circumstances - and surely we can't have THIS much to deal with again next season, right? RIGHT?!?
From Dyche's point of view I think he's still embracing the challenge, and - having heard them speak about each other on numerous occassions, especially on the BBC podcast - it might seem an odd one, but I do genuinely think that his extremely close friendship with Ian Woan is a big factor in him wanting to do his very best for Everton.
Anyway - I'm delighted that we're safe with 3 games to go, still buzzing from an amazing week with 3 home wins, 3 clean sheets, "that lot" nosediving has been a bonus, and I've had some great conversations via the FAB drop-ins (not least today when THIS legend, walked straight in and somehow actually knew me and thanked me for all the work the FAB is doing!
Proper surreal!)
A mad, mad week for sure!

Dyche has mentioned a number of times recently that the vision that he was sold when joining the club turned out to be something completely different.
He expected finances to be a little tight but has been taken aback the way things actually developed.
I am sure that he is probably reflecting on the job that he and his staff have done since he joined which, in my opinion, has been outstanding and wondering whether he wants to continue with it.
He could leave with his reputation intact and his head held high.
I was skeptical when he joined us having managed a team that was relegated but have been completely won over.
I think it would be disastrous if he left now but wouldn’t blame him if he did c
