Crept up slightly to 111 kg's but not sure if down to the gym or food - probably a mixture of the 2.
Gym PT booked in weekly to get the beach body ready - whale more like but lets see what happens.
Haven't been well for a few days, which has helped me get down to 103.7kg - will probably put some back on before next week, but let's see.
